If Capulet and Montague are merely labels, how are the issues they dealt with similar to the issues we deal with today?

I think that people are still labeled today by race, age , and who you are. Each group doesn't want to be friends with the other, just like the Capulet's and Montague's dont like each other.
I agree with bryn people still fight just because of their names or races and tons of people die capulet and montague are just names but look at the destruction that they caused
I agree with bryn, today people are still labled by religion, background history, race, charachteristics, etc. It is stuipid that people don't like each other for things like race and religion.

People are still labeled to today, because, like the Montague's and Capulets, because everybody thinks they are better than the other group.
I agree with Bryn. Issues we deal with today where people are labeled are racism, age, gender, and even religion. Most people click better with people who are "labeled" the same as them, and they don't click as good with other people who aren't the same as them. Just like the Montague's and the Capulets think they aren't "labeled" the same, but in reality they are exactly the same.

I think that the Capulets and the Montagues are kind of like giant foil characters. They are very much alike but hate one another. I think their fighting began because they were somewhat jealous of each others riches.
I agree I think that today there is way too much judging and people are constantly labeling others for some stupid reason like race, age, religion or even sometimes things as dumb as how they dress. This often leads to huge arguments and a ton of destruction. Like if you think about it the terror attacks they causing all that killing and horror just simply because they don't like them.
It is just like today because motagues and capulets are just one name really they are just a group of people fighting for reasons they don't even know...we all fight and some innocent people are pulled in and join the fued because well people like wars they like to fight and hate and kill and hurt...what they dont think about is the afterwards nobody lkes the result they just like the feeling of making others suffer.
